Chesapeake Bay Sports Camps is an excellent opportunity for boys and girls looking to enhance their athletic potential, whether it be by increasing their speed, agility, power and endurance with our speed and agility program or learning new skills with our Team Soccer Training!

Our Speed and Agility Program

Our program is designed to help increase the speed, power, agility and endurance of young athletes who are in third through ninth grade.  Participants will be grouped by age and instruction will be differentiated for all ages and abilities.

We often participate in activities such as: agility ladders, parachute training, speed harness training, over-speed cable training, sled pushing, hurdle plyometrics, endurance interval running, medicine ball training, plyometric box training, lateral plyo-box training, battling ropes, mini-hurdle training, shorter interval training, tire flipping and more!

Our Soccer Training Program:

Our soccer training is an excellent opportunity for boys and girls to improve all aspects of their soccer skills with Coach Collins.

2021 Outdoor Soccer Team Camps and Small group Training opportunities are available. Coach Collins will direct the training with all COVID safety restrictions in place. Please call Coach Collins at 443-618-4049 if your team or small group may be interested.
