Our Speed and Agility Program
Chesapeake Bay Sports Camps is an excellent opportunity for boys and girls looking to enhance their athletic potential, through our Speed and Agility Program!
Our program is designed to help increase the speed, power, agility and endurance of young athletes who are in second through tenth grade. Participants will be grouped by age and instruction will be differentiated for all ages and abilities.
We often participate in activities such as: agility ladders, parachute training, speed harness training, over-speed cable training, sled pushing, hurdle plyometrics, endurance interval running, medicine ball training, plyometric box training, lateral plyo-box training, battling ropes, mini-hurdle training, shorter interval training, tire flipping and more!
